Enterprise HDDs
Match capacity, rotational speed, sector format, interface and carrier requirements. Identify whether the order is a replacement, an array expansion or a complete new drive set.
OEM drive assemblies
A drive manufacturer model and an OEM-labelled drive or tray assembly are different order items. Specify which PN must appear on the delivered product and whether the carrier is included.
Part-number discipline
Same manufacturer does not mean the same part number.
OEM option numbers, service-spare numbers and component-manufacturer MPNs are distinct purchasing identities. Similar hardware is not an approved substitution.
OEM-labelled parts
Specify the server brand, full option or spare PN and exact target system. The manufacturer marking can be recorded alongside it; it must not replace the OEM number on your order.
Component-brand products
Specify the manufacturer MPN and required specification. These products are quoted under their own identity, with host compatibility and any proposed OEM alternative reviewed separately.

- Agree category-appropriate checks and the available results. Drive health, memory tests and adapter checks are different inspection scopes.
- Complete accessories
- Confirm the exact carrier, bracket, cable, rail or mounting kit on the packing list. Unlisted accessories are not assumed to be included.
- Protective packing
- Specify protection suitable for the equipment. Servers need full-base support with thick pearl-cotton foam; keep loose metal parts separate from the chassis.

Is a drive carrier included?
Only when the quotation explicitly includes it. A bare-drive price should not be interpreted as a complete hot-plug assembly.
Can a manufacturer drive replace an OEM-labelled drive?
That depends on the target platform and your purchasing requirements. It must be reviewed as a proposed alternative, not treated as the same PN.
Are pre-owned health figures available?
Request the metrics and test scope you need. Only results associated with the offered units can substantiate their condition.
Are E1.S and E3.S interchangeable?
No substitution is assumed. Supply the exact server, bay and carrier details for the requested form factor.
Can I send a mixed-brand parts list?
Yes. Keep each brand, complete PN, quantity, condition preference and target system on its own line. Identify whether alternatives may be considered.
Do you sell new and pre-owned parts?
You can request either condition. The offer must identify the supplied condition, inspection scope, warranty terms and included accessories for each item.
Will a request reserve stock or place an order?
No. The request is a draft for discussion. Availability, pricing and order terms are confirmed separately.
Can customers visit the warehouse and workshop?
