Make the array configuration visible.

1. Controller and enclosure identity
Ask for front and rear views, controller labels, host-interface options and the enclosure model. A family name alone does not identify the supplied configuration.

2. Drives and accessories
Record drive part numbers, capacities, carriers, expansion cables and rails. Confirm which installed or photographed items belong to the order.

3. Separate configuration report
Request a configuration export or agreed controller and drive-health records separately. Do not use a server boot screen to depict a storage array.
